Estylr is small, bootstrapped, and building rather than scaling. No open roles today, and no hiring plan we could honestly put a date on.
What we are building
A booking platform for India's beauty, grooming and wellness businesses — and for the people who work independently and travel to their clients.
It is an unglamorous problem. Most of this industry runs on phone calls, a paper diary and a WhatsApp thread.
How we work
Small team, direct decisions, and a preference for the boring, durable choice where it matters. We write things down — decisions get recorded with the reasoning, so someone joining later can find out why rather than guess.
Who tends to fit
- You would rather ship something narrow and correct than broad and approximate.
- You are interested in the customers — salon owners, freelance artists — not only the code.
- You can work without a process telling you what to do next.
Getting in touch anyway
Tell us what you would want to work on and show us something you have built. That is far more useful to us than a CV. We read everything, and we keep the good ones.
