How booking works
From looking for someone to leaving a review. Most of it takes seconds.

1. Search for what you need
Pick the service, then your city. You get the professionals near you who specialise in that exact thing — not the nearest salon that also offers it.
Some come to you, some have a place you visit. Both appear in the same results, and each profile says which.
2. Compare before you commit
Prices, portfolios and reviews side by side — so you are not calling three places to find out what a haircut costs.
3. Pick a real slot
The times you see are times they are free. Nobody can be booked outside the hours they set, and a slot you take disappears from everyone else's screen.
That is the difference from ringing round: you are not asking whether a time is free, you are taking it.
4. Confirm and pay
Pay online now or in person on the day, depending on what the professional accepts. The booking is confirmed straight away — no waiting on a callback.
5. Go to the appointment
We remind you, and we remind them. Need to move it? Do that from your account and the slot goes back on their calendar. What you get back if you cancel depends on notice — see cancellations.
6. Leave a review
Only people who completed a booking can, which is what keeps the reviews here worth reading. It is also the main thing you can do for a good professional who is starting out.
That is the whole process
Pick the service you want and see who near you does it.
