Hair
Cuts, color, styling, and treatments for every hair type.
How to choose someone
Look at recent work rather than a headline rating. A portfolio tells you more about whether someone suits you than a number does.
- Check the photos are of their own work, not stock images.
- Read reviews left by people who completed the same service, not just the profile's best ones.
- Look for someone who lists your specific need rather than a general salon that also offers it.
Check the price covers it
The price shown is what you pay, but make sure it is for the hair you actually want — length, add-ons and products can be listed separately.
Anything agreed during the appointment is charged separately, and the professional should tell you before doing it.
Before you book
- Decide whether you want to go to them or have them come to you — each profile says which they offer.
- Allow more time than the listed duration if it is your first visit to someone.
- If you have allergies, sensitivities, or a treatment history that matters, say so when you book rather than on the day.
If it goes wrong
Report it from the booking within 48 hours. Where a service was not delivered as described, it is refunded in full whatever the cancellation window said.
